What else than eating and preparing fish soup in an old herring factory?

Every Friday fom June 1. till August 31. there will be prepared a collab fish soup in the old herring factory in Djupavik. Starting always after (or before) the guided tour through the factory (link) at about noon.

The Project is part of The Factory art exhibtion 2017 (link).

On the first day of the exhibition  I will start to cook a traditional fish broth with bones, tails and heads of local fishes. This initial fish-broth will be the base of every of the following soups.

On every friday you could participate in a group of maximum 12 people to prepare the soup of the week. It will be a collective soup.

  • Finissage on September 2nd

Of each of the weekly soups will be frozen a portion.

At the finissage you can try from the 14 different soups.
