What else than eating and preparing fish soup in an old herring factory?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every Friday fom June 1. till August 31.<\/strong> there will be prepared a collab fish soup in the old herring factory in Djupavik. Starting always after (or before) the guided tour through the factory (link) <\/a><\/strong><\/span>at about noon.<\/p>\n

On the first day of the exhibition  I will start to cook a traditional fish broth with bones, tails and heads of local fishes. This initial fish-broth<\/strong> will be the base of every of the following soups.<\/p>\n

On every friday you could participate in a group of maximum 12 people to prepare the soup of the week. It will be a collective soup.<\/p>\n
